Spice Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup ground flax
- 1/4 cup oats
- 2 scoops Grown American Superfood Powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine almond butter and sugar in a bowl. Add vanilla, eggs, and mix.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix.
- Spoon heaping tablespoon of mixture on to the lined baking sheet and bake for 10-12 mins in the oven. Oven times can vary. You can also add dried cranberries, cardamom, orange rind, etc.
